APRIL DEATH POSITIVE EVENT
Presentation and Discussion with

Join Reina Galanes, Board Member, and Willow Taraja, Volunteer, with End of Life Choices California (EOLCCA) for an insightful discussion on the importance of sharing your values and end-of-life wishes with loved ones.

Topics will include your legal end-of-life options in California including:

• Stopping unwanted medical treatment
• Palliative care
• Hospice care
• Voluntarily stopping eating and drinking (VSED)
• California’s End of Life Option Act also known as medical aid in dying (MAID).

Reina and Willow will also share valuable resources and support services offered by EOLCCA. Don’t miss this opportunity to empower yourself with knowledge about your options and gain confidence in communicating your values and choices with those who matter most.

Open to all and admission is FREE! Donations in any amount to support DPES programming are gratefully accepted. Any extra funds will be donated to the NVUU.

This “hybrid” event will be held in person in the NVUU sanctuary and via Zoom.
