This election cycle has been relentless and, for many of us, a source of heightened anxiety. Even after the voting is over, it is likely that much will remain unsettled in the country. Our individual nervous systems may feel unsettled, too. This morning, we will acknowledge these uncertain times, and use centering practices, readings, and music to ground us in what we hold most sacred.
